Farrah Gardner believes in addressing the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and environmental needs of her patients.
As a registered nurse, she cared for patients of all ages, and she continues to do so as a nurse practitioner.
Gardner has worked in cardiac care, ICU, the Emergency Care Center and at Floyd Cherokee Medical Center Rural Health Clinic Urgent Care in Centre.
