Floyd Medical Center, Polk Medical Center, and Cherokee Medical Center – accredited by The Joint Commission. The Floyd Center for Bariatric Services – accredited as a Comprehensive Center under the Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Accreditation and Quality Improvement Program (MBSAQIP®), a joint program of the American College of Surgeons (ACS) and the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery (ASMBS).
The Breast Center at Floyd – recognized as a Breast Imaging Center of Excellence by the American College of Radiology and Certified Quality Breast Center of Excellence by the Consortium of Breast Centers.
Sleep Disorders Center – accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.
Cancer care – accredited as a Comprehensive Community Cancer Program by the American College of Surgeons.
Heart care – accredited by the American College of Cardiology as a Chest Pain Center with Primary PCI (Percutaneous Coronary Intervention) with Resuscitation.

Our total hip replacement and total knee replacement programs have earned The Joint Commission's Gold Seal of Approval. The Floyd Center for Joint Replacement was developed in collaboration with Stryker Performance Solutions, a consultant firm recognized nationally for its joint replacement successes.
The Floyd Center for Advanced Spine Care is dedicated exclusively to spine patients. A private patient room includes special accommodations for a coach chosen by the patients. Our therapists will work with you and your coach after surgery to get you moving as soon as possible after surgery.
