Floyd stands ready to continue providing quality health care to you. With new safety and screening measures in place, we a​re now scheduling appointments and procedures. If you have delayed scheduling an appointment due to COVID-19, now is the time to schedule at one of our care locations.​

COVID-19 Vaccine

​Floyd is now scheduling online for new first dose appointments for those who qualify under the Georgia Department of Public Health (GDPH) guidelines. ​​An appointment is required to receive the vaccine.

​​​COVID-19 Testing

Floyd Medical Center is not a public testing site. We provide drive-thru testing for surgery patients as part of their pre-operative​ evaluation. 

Floyd Primary Care and Urgent Care offer the PCR test,​ rapid test and antibody testAnyone who has COVID-19 symptoms should call their primary care office, Floyd Urgent Care ​or the Georgia Department of Public Health hotline at 1.844.442.2681.
