Pay your bill securely, online through our bill pay portals. The right billing portal is determined by where you receive care.  If you received care at multiple locations, you may need to access more than one portal to pay your Floyd bills. ​

Hospital Bill 

Patients who have a billing statement for Floyd Medical Center, Polk Medical Center or Floyd Behavioral Health/Willowbrooke should visit the Hospital Bill portal. For questions call 706.509.6000 or email us. 
Cherokee Medical Center patients are unable to pay bills online.  To pay a bill or for questions call 256.927.1315​.

Physician Bill

​Patients who have a billing statement for one of the following physician groups should visit the Physician Bill portal. For questions call 1.800.556.0870 or email​ us​. ​

  • Primary Care

  • Urgent Care

  • Family Medicine Residency

  • Floyd Physicians, LLC  - includes charges for psychiatric ​services, neonatal and palliative care​

  • Floyd Professional Billing - includes physician charge for a hospital-based s​ervice

Emergency Medical Services (EMS)

Financial Assistance

Discounted care for medically necessary procedures may be available. Eligibility is based on a patient's insurance status, financial assets and income as it relates to federal poverty guidelines. ​Learn more about your options.​​​
