Carlos Farmer seeing patients in Piedmont, Alabama

ROME, Ga., March 24, 2022  –​ Carlos Farmer, FNP-C, is seeing patients of all ages at Floyd Cherokee Medical Center Rural Health Clinic Piedmont located at 32 Roundtree Drive, Piedmont, Alabama.

Farmer, who was born and raised in Piedmont, earned his Master of Science in nursing from Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, Alabama. He holds a Bachelor of Science in nursing and an associate degree in nursing from Gadsden State Community College in Gadsden, Alabama.

In addition to being a certified family nurse practitioner, Farmer is also an advanced emergency medical technician (EMT).

He is a member of Piedmont Rescue & EMS and serves on the Board of Directors for Piedmont Healthcare Authority.

Farmer is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

His clinical interests include family healthcare and emergency care.

​Floyd Cherokee Medical Center Rural Health Clinic Piedmont is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and on Wednesdays from 7:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. To make an appointment, call 256-447-4889.
