This interactive, eight-week childbirth class covers both the before and after of becoming a parent – from the physical changes mom can expect as birth approaches to caring for a little one once you return home.
The class is designed for both mothers and their partners, with a focus on providing comfort for mom during labor and delivery.
It includes a tour of the Family Birth Center and is taught by a Lamaze certified instructor.
This course will be held Monday, Aug. 26 - Monday, Oct. 21 (due before Nov. 23). Snacks will be provided.

This course is held in the evenings from 6 - 8 p.m. The registration fee is $80 and is covered by Medicaid and is reimbursed by some insurances. You must register to attend.
