This virtual 2-hour class is designed for expectant parents between approximately 4 - 22 weeks of pregnancy.
Based on evidenced-based research and led by one of our Lamaze-certified childbirth educators, this class will explore the many changes you will experience in the coming months, including:

The cost is $15. Medicaid covers this class, and some insurance companies offer reimbursement. We encourage you to check your plan benefits for more details.
Participants must register to attend. Participants may have one support person join with them as part of their class registration.
