Navigating life changes that come with diabetes can be hard. Whether you are new to blood sugar checks or need practical advice on your diet, our group provides emotional support and education. We will help you create healthy eating and exercise habits, and monitoring skills. 

People with type 1 and type 2 diabetes and their families share challenges and daily struggles. Together, with our certified diabetes educators, the group provides practical solutions. Come alone or bring a loved one as we fight diabetes together. 

The free class is held on the second Tuesday of each month from 6 - 7 p.m. in the private dining room inside the Floyd Medical Center Cafeteria. Attendees are encouraged to pre-register.
