Note: If you register for this class, you are automatically registered for all Maternal Mental Health Support Group classes through March 23. There is no need to register for each class date.
The Maternal Mental Health Virtual Support Group is a support group, held through Zoom, that promotes mental wellness to moms after they have had a baby. This group welcomes all postpartum mothers who need support in coping with the recent changes in their lives.
We use an established program to provide educational information, skills and support in a non-judgmental, caring space for moms who are dealing with depression, anxiety, or isolation, or who are feeling overwhelmed and trying to find balance as a mother.

This group meets virtually through Zoom on Thursdays through March 23 from 1 – 2 p.m.
There is no charge to attend, but attendees must register. You will receive an email with Zoom meeting details a few days before class begins.
