You don’t have to go through the grief process alone. Receive support from others who have also experienced a loss.
This support group is designed to provide help for those who have recently had a loved one to die or have experienced another form of loss.
Our bereavement coordinator can help you understand grief responses, the mourning process, how grief might affect you and what you can do to take care of yourself.

The New to Grief Drop-in Support Group is held on the second Tuesday of each month from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Any community member who has experienced a loss is welcome to attend.
There is no charge to attend. Registration is preferred but not required.
