The Maternal Mental Health Virtual Support Group, held through Zoom, promotes mental wellness to moms after they have had a baby. This group welcomes all postpartum mothers who need support in coping with the recent changes in their lives.
We use an established program to provide educational information, skills and support in a non-judgmental, caring space for moms who are dealing with depression, anxiety, or isolation, or who are feeling overwhelmed and trying to find balance as a mother.

Sharing your story
Finding the way forward
This group will meet virtually through Zoom on Thursdays from 1 – 2 p.m. No class on Thanksgiving Day.
There is no charge to attend, but attendees must register. You will receive an email with Zoom meeting details a few days before class begins.
