Birth Essentials is an information-packed Saturday class held online that offers the basics to prepare you for childbirth. You can ask questions and interact with a certified childbirth educator who will provide you and your partner with knowledge about labor and what to expect during your delivery.
The class is held through Zoom video conferencing and includes a virtual tour of the Family Birth Center.

The cost is $65. Medicaid covers this class, and some insurance companies offer reimbursement. We encourage you to check your plan benefits for more details.
Participants must register to attend. You will receive an email with Zoom meeting details and information on how to obtain your class materials a few days before class begins.
