Taunya Faulkner
Vice President for Performance Improvement
Taunya Faulkner was named Vice President for Performance Improvement in 2018. She previously served a Director of Lean Six Sigma and Quality Improvement. She joined Floyd in 1989 as a staff physical therapist. She was named Inpatient/Acute Coordinator for Rehabilitation Services in 1998.
Faulkner received her Master of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University’s Cole College of Business and her Bachelor of Science in physical therapy from Georgia State University in Atlanta. She is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Physical Therapy Association of Georgia.
