Vaccine clinics are currently offering Pfizer and Johnson and Johnson vaccines. ​​

Anyone under age 18​ should be accompanied by a legal guardian to provide consent. 
The vaccine is available at the following locations: 

Floyd Medical Center - P1 Clinic

The Johnson and Johnson vaccine is available at the P1 vaccine clinic on the campus of Floyd Medical Center. Walk-ins welcome every Friday in June from 9 am until 4:30 pm. No appointment is required. 

Johnson and Johnson vaccine is a single dose vaccine available to anyone 18 years old and older. 

Pfizer second dose vaccines are available at P1 vaccine clinic until the end of June. To schedule a second dose, call 706.509.3933. Get more location details

Floyd Primary Care

Floyd Primary Care locations located throughout our community are offering the COVID vaccination to those eligible 12 years of age and older. To schedule an appointment contact your Floyd Primary Care provider​ or call our call center to schedule at a location near you 706.509.3750. ​

The vaccine is also being given at the Cherokee Rural Health Clinic located at 395 Northwood Drive in Centre, Alabama.
