Floyd Corporate Health provides a variety of onsite services along with access to Floyd Medical Center, Polk Medical Center and any of our seven Urgent Care locations. Our clinical staff includes certified occupational health nurses (COHNs) who have the training and experience needed for treating work injuries. Our workers’ compensation case managers are certified workers’ compensation professionals (CWCPs) who have the specialized knowledge and skills needed to ensure claims for injured workers are handled correctly and as quickly as possible.
As part of our team, we can provide a nurse practitioner to work onsite with your clinical staff , providing onsite primary care and acute illness or injury treatment. A nurse practitioner can work with your employees to create comprehensive health plans to manage diabetes or high blood pressure and to include behavioral modifications and medication adherence, if needed.
Combined with our onsite nurse practitioner program, we also offer a limited formulary of medications that can be dispensed during an onsite visit. This includes medications to target high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, acid reflux, anxiety and an acute illness or injury.
