Pay your bill online through our secure bill pay portals. The correct billing portal is determined by where you received care. If you received care at multiple locations, you may need to access more than one portal to pay your Atrium Health Floyd bills.
Discounted care for medically necessary procedures may be available. Eligibility is based on a patient's insurance status, financial assets and income as it relates to federal poverty guidelines. Learn more about our financial assistance options.

Hospital Bill
Patients who have a billing statement for Atrium Health Floyd Medical Center, Atrium Health Floyd Polk Medical Center or Atrium Health Floyd Medical Center Behavioral Health should visit the Hospital Bill portal. For questions call 706-509-6000 or

Atrium Health Floyd Cherokee Medical Center patients are unable to pay bills online. To pay a bill or for questions, call

Physician Bill
Patients who have a billing statement for one of the following physician groups should visit the Physician Bill portal. For questions call 1.800.556.0870 or
