Atrium Health Floyd Puts Students First
Atrium Health Floyd is honored to provide health care for the Polk County school system with the following services.
As students settle into their daily routines, our school nurses will also assist those who take medications and offer advice to families about health care issues. In the event of an emergency, Atrium Health Floyd nurses are on-site to provide medical attention.
