If you have been diagnosed with diabetes during pregnancy, our certified educators and registered dietitians are here to help. This two-class course teaches expectant mothers about gestational diabetes and how to track blood sugar during pregnancy.

You will benefit from expert food advice about diabetic-friendly food, be able to share recipes and learn the importance of a food journal. 

The first class is offered Tuesdays from 9 - 11 a.m. or Thursdays from 1 - 3 p.m. The second class will be on Thursday of the following week at 4 p.m., allowing time for you to keep a food journal and gain experience your checking blood sugar levels. 

Pre-registration is not required. This course is covered by insurance with a referral from your prenatal care provider.
