All patients are asked to provide financial information and proof of insurance or other health care coverage when they register.
Floyd accepts most major commercial insurance plans as well as Medicaid, Medicare and Workers' Compensation. Patients may also be asked to pay a co-pay amount at that time.
If you have medical coverage, we will file your medical claim for you. After we receive payment from your health care coverage provider, you will be billed for the remaining balance.
If you need help with paying for your medical care, our Financial Counselors will work with you to make payment arrangements and to explore additional resources.
