​Larken Logan, a physical therapist with Floyd Physical Therapy & Rehab, has recently received national certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist.

The certification through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS) designates her expertise in treating patients recovering from orthopedic surgery and injuries, back and neck pain and other musculoskeletal issues.  

Currently there are only 362 OCS certified physical therapists in the state of Georgia.

Logan has been at Floyd for the past five years and is currently the lead therapist at the Physical Therapy & Rehab clinic in Calhoun. 

To obtain ABPTS certification, physical therapists must have extensive hands on experience and pass a rigid, standardized national examination.
