Dr. Jacquelyn Cheatham-Terry wants to work closely with patients because she believes their participation is important in preventing disease. To help accomplish that she encourages patients to take an active role in their own health decisions and the creation a treatment plan.
Dr. Cheatham-Terry, who received her medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, said getting to know patients is vital because diet, exercise and even cultural beliefs can impact someone's health.
