You don’t have to go through the grief process alone. Our Virtual Grief Support Group provides a place to receive support and share with others who have also experienced a loss.

Discussion is led by our bereavement coordinator. Topics discussed include:

• Mourning process
• Exploring feelings of loss
• Taking care of yourself and managing stress
• Spiritual aspects of grief
• Adjusting to new roles

This support group meets virtually every other Tuesday from 2 – 3 p.m.

Anyone who is interested in participating should call Heyman HospiceCare at 706.509.3200 to register and to be sent instructions on accessing the virtual group meeting.

You will be asked to provide an email address to receive the meeting invitation.

All members of the community are welcome to attend at no charge.
