If you have lost a spouse or life partner, we provide a place to share your experiences with others who are also grieving. You can also get some help from our professional staff members and experienced volunteers.

Subjects discussed include:

• Managing stress
• Natural grief responses 
• Spiritual aspects of grief
• Exploring feelings of loss
• Six needs of mourning
• Adjusting to new roles
• Taking care of yourself

This group meets the third Tuesday of each month. Registration is encouraged but not required.
