You don’t have to go through the grief process alone. Receive support from others who have also experienced a loss and learn more about how grief might affect you. Our bereavement coordinator can help you understand grief responses, the mourning process and what you can do to nurture yourself.
Anyone in the community is welcome to attend at no charge.
New to Grief is offered on the first Tuesday of each month from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Registration is preferred but not required.
