Birth Essentials is an information-packed Saturday class held online that offers the basics to prepare you for childbirth. You can ask questions and interact with a certified childbirth educator who will help you and a partner know what to expect during labor and delivery.
A teen mom will also tell her pregnancy and childbirth story.
The class includes a virtual tour of the Family Birth Center.
