A licensed therapist will walk participants through a series of 12 classes to acquire anger management strategies. Equipped with these new strategies, participants can work to reduce aggressive behavior and anger in their daily lives.

This course is held every Tuesday for 12 weeks from June 8 – August 24 from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. at Floyd Behavioral Health.

 

Attendance at every class is required to obtain a completion certificate. This certificate is recognized by the legal system, if needed. 

 

This group is for adults age 18 and older.
