Allan Purdie, M.D., cares for patients at Floyd Urgent Care in Rome.

Dr. Purdie received his bachelor's degree from Mercer University, Macon, Ga., and and his medical doctorate from the Emory University, Atlanta. He completed his family practice residency at the Floyd Family Medicine Residency Program, Rome.

In addition to his status as a physician, he earned a master of divinity degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
