Richard Dowling, M.D., cares for patients at Floyd Urgent Care in Cedartown.

He received his bachelor's degree in science from the University of Delaware, Newark, and earned his medical doctorate from the Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia, Pa.

Dr. Dowling completed his medical residency at the Naval Hospital at Camp Pendleton, Calif.
