Designed especially for women, our yoga classes provide great benefits to women at any life stage. Yoga has been proven to stimulate the immune system, reduce stress and tension, improve concentration and circulation and improve muscle tone, strength and flexibility.

General Yoga
This class focuses on yoga postures that help reduce stress, balance hormones and lower blood pressure. By improving posture, providing energy and balancing emotions, this class is a beneficial way for women to stay healthy throughout different stages of life. It can help balance the endocrine, nervous, digestive and reproductive systems. Also, it aids in circulation and can help relieve back pain, menstrual disorders, menopause issues, headaches, depression, heart disease and osteoporosis.
Meditation Yoga
Meditation provides a variety of health benefits including, reducing anxiety and stress, increasing the immune system and improving concentration. Through guided imagery and visualization, this class focuses on self awareness, breathing techniques and relaxation.
Senior Yoga
As we grow older, muscles and joints tighten causing discomfort and anxiety over the entire physical well-being.
Our Senior Yoga class teaches stretching, deep breathing and relaxation techniques that can help you to remain healthy and active.
