Our hospitalists are specifically trained, board-certified Internal Medicine physicians who provide care to patients in the hospital. Available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to answer your questions and adjust your treatment regimen, hospitalists can provide the highest quality of care
while maintaining continuous contact with your primary care physician.
Upon admission, a hospitalist is assigned to work with you and your family to care for your health care needs while you are in our hospital. During this time, your hospitalist will oversee all your health care needs and will inform and consult with your primary care physician about your care status.
At the time of discharge, your hospitalist will update your primary care physician on your hospital care and you will make an appointment for follow-up care with you primary care physician.
