R. Edward Bowers II, M.D. cares for patients at Floyd Primary Care in Summerville.

Dr. Bowers received his bachelor of science degree Summa Cum Laude from the University of Georgia, Athens. and his medical doctorate from the Medical College of Georgia, Augusta. He completed his family medicine residency at Montgomery Center for Family Medicine, Greenwood, S.C. where he served as Chief Resident.

Dr. Bowers is certified by the American Board of Family Practice.
