Cafeteria
Morrison's cafeteria offers a variety of meal options for patients' families, the public and our staff. Located by the main lobby, Morrison's cafeteria offers both take-out and dine-in options with a full service cafeteria style buffet, a fresh salad bar, hot grill and a variety of snacks. For the daily cafeteria menu, call 706.509.6080.

Hours of operation are Monday - Sunday:
Breakfast 6:30 - 10 a.m. (weekends 6:30 - 9 a.m.)
Lunch 11 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Dinner 4 a.m. - 6 p.m.

For after hours snacks, a vending area is located to the right of Morrison's Cafeteria.

If purchased in advance, Morrison's can deliver guest trays to patient rooms for families and friends.

Request can be made in the cafeteria Monday - Friday and at the Switchboard (located on the first floor) on Saturday and Sunday.

Chaplain Services
Supporting the emotional and spiritual needs of our patients, family members and visitors is an important component of our care.

Our chaplain coordinates this care for those in need of hope, healing and compassion. In times of joy, sadness or difficult decisions, a chaplain is available to listen, talk, reflect, pray or assist in contacting a faith leader of the patient's choice.

At Floyd, the spirituality of all persons is respected, even those who profess no particular religious faith.

Hospital Room
Your hospital room will include all the features you need to make your stay pleasant. You will have a bedside stand and over-the-bed table for easy access of necessary items. Each room provides either a chair or love seat that folds out into a bed for visitors. Extra pillows and blankets are always available from your nurse.

Our electronic beds offer comfort at the press of a button. They provide the patients the option of raising or lowering their head or foot to get the best position for comfort.

For your entertainment, our rooms are equipped with a remote controlled television and telephone.

The Palatine Suites
The Palatine Suites enable patients to receive medical care while enjoying the comfort and service one would expect from a fine hotel.

The Palatine Suites are appropriate for most individuals requiring a hospital stay for surgery or the treatment of illness. Conditions requiring intensive or critical care and maternity services is excluded.

Waiting Rooms
Our waiting rooms were designed for comfort. Located throughout the hospital, our waiting rooms offer comfortable sitting, televisions and reading materials. The nurses station is never far away if you have a request or question. Our friendly staff are always here to help.
