The physician parking lot on the north side of Floyd Medical Center, on Turner McCall Boulevard, will close January 18 to accommodate construction of The Specialty Hospital.

Beginning January 18, you will have access to the gated parking spaces at 330 Physicians Center, adjacent to the current physician parking.

Access to Secure Parking Lots
Sticker are being provided to give you admission both to the parking gate and to the 330 Physicians Center building, which will give you direct, climate-controlled access to Floyd Medical Center. The stickers are being distributed to your office by Floyd security officers and couriers.

Please place the sticker provided to you on the back of your Floyd Medical Center identification badge. To access the parking gate simply hold your card outside your vehicle window as you approach the gate. The gate will sense your card and open automatically. To enter the Physicians Center, simply approach the door with your badge in hand. The door will sense your card and unlock to give you entry.

Also, you will need to turn in at a different location now. Your turn will be on North 4th Avenue, between Regions Bank and 330 Physicians Center.  If this lot fills up, which it may from time to time, your alternate parking area will be the ground floor area of the two-level parking garage.  We will be installing a sign in the first parking area that will say “FULL” when no spaces are available. Again, in the event that this area is full, proceed on to the two-level garage and park there.
