All patients, including surgery pre-admission and outpatient procedures, need to register at the registration desk located just inside the Main Entrance of Floyd Medical Center.

From Main Parking Lot
Enter main parking lot from East Second Avenue or
North Fourth Avenue.
Enter Floyd Medical Center through the Main Entrance.
The registration desk is to the right of the foundation.
