At Floyd, we believe excellent clinical experiences help prepare students for successful careers. To ensure these experiences are safe and enjoyable for our students, our patients and our employees, we require students to meet the following requirements two weeks prior to the beginning your applied learning experience
- Your college or university must have a contract with Floyd for student training opportunities
- Apply for an applied learning experience by contacting Professional Recruitment and Retention.
- Complete appropriate paperwork.
- Successfully complete Floyd’s education requirement for employees, which consist of an online review and test of on-the-job safety, standards of behavior and other key, work-related information regarding Floyd’s environment, expectations and culture of excellence.
- Provide a copy of your criminal background check unless on file with your college/university.
