Patient Billing FAQs

Once you have received care from a Floyd provider, we will file your medical claim accurately and quickly with the appropriate insurance providers, Medicaid, Medicare, PeachCare or other health care coverage. After we have received payment from your health care coverage provider, we will bill you for the remaining balance.

If you do not have insurance, you will receive a statement indicating your total charges and balance due.
