All patients are asked to provide financial information and proof of insurance or other health care coverage when they register. Floyd accepts most major commercial insurance plans as well as Medicaid, Medicare and Workers' Compensation. Patients may also be asked to pay a co-pay amount at that time. 

If you have medical coverage, we will file your medical claim for you. After we receive payment from your health care coverage provider, you will be billed for the remaining balance.
If you need help with paying for your medical care, our Financial Counselors will work with you to make payment arrangements and to explore additional resources.
Paying for Medical Care 
You may pay for medical care online, by mail, by phone or in person:
  • Online – View a summary of your billing statements and pay your bill through our bill pay portal.

  • Mail – Mail your payment using the envelope provided or to the address listed on the back of your bill. If you are not sure where to mail your bill view a list of addresses.

  • Telephone – Pay your bill over the telephone by calling the appropriate billing office.

  • In-person – Pay your bill in person by visiting our billing office located at Floyd Corporate Support Center.
