All patients are asked to provide financial information and proof of insurance or other health care coverage when they register. Floyd accepts most major commercial insurance plans as well as Medicaid, Medicare and Workers' Compensation. Patients may also be asked to pay a co-pay amount at that time.
Online – View a summary of your billing statements and pay your bill through our bill pay portal.
Mail – Mail your payment using the envelope provided or to the address listed on the back of your bill. If you are not sure where to mail your bill view a list of addresses.
Telephone – Pay your bill over the telephone by calling the appropriate billing office.
