2006 Compass Award from Press Ganey Associates for Customer Service Improvement within the Floyd Primary Care Network

  • Floyd earned a 2006 VHA Georgia Leadership  Award for Clinical Excellence for Surgery Infection Prevention

  • Floyd earned a 2006 VHA Georgia Leadership Award for Operational Excellence for reducing
    wait times and average length of stay in the Emergency Care Center and improving customer service scores.

    • Floyd's Indigent Care Task Force, wins GHA Community Leadership Award for finding solutions to providing care to  low income patients who rely on Floyd for health care

    • Floyd earned first place recognition from the Georgia Hospital Association's Partnership for Health and Accountability for quality efforts to reduce the number of cases of ventilator-associated pneumonia.
